Returns
- Eligibility: You have 7 calendar days(only for gadget/electric item) from the date you received your item to request a return.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Receipt: Please provide proof of purchase, such as the receipt or order confirmation email, when requesting a return.
Refunds
- Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Timeframe: You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call us at customer support number.
Shipping
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping Time: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Non-Returnable Items
- Some items cannot be returned, including:

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded)
